- Social Media Manager
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Content Creator
- Create visually appealing, on-brand graphics, videos, and posts for social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
- Paid Advertising Specialist
- Set up and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor performance and adjust targeting, budget, and creatives to maximize ROI.
- Analyze data and generate reports on ad performance.
- Social Media Analyst
- Track and analyze social media KPIs to inform marketing strategies.
- Use data to provide insights into follower growth, engagement, and conversion.
- Recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Community Manager
- Manage and grow online communities through interaction and engagement strategies.
- Monitor conversations and user sentiment about the brand.
- Act as the voice of the brand across all social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to create compelling content that aligns with brand voice.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- (For Paid Advertising Specialist) Experience with social media ad platforms and campaign management.
Nice to Have:
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- SEO knowledge and experience with keyword research.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
- Experience in influencer marketing.
