Job Title: Social Media Manager

  1. Social Media Manager
    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
    • Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  2. Content Creator
    • Create visually appealing, on-brand graphics, videos, and posts for social media channels.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
    • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
  3. Paid Advertising Specialist
    • Set up and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
    • Monitor performance and adjust targeting, budget, and creatives to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze data and generate reports on ad performance.
  4. Social Media Analyst
    • Track and analyze social media KPIs to inform marketing strategies.
    • Use data to provide insights into follower growth, engagement, and conversion.
    • Recommend improvements for future campaigns.
  5. Community Manager
    • Manage and grow online communities through interaction and engagement strategies.
    • Monitor conversations and user sentiment about the brand.
    • Act as the voice of the brand across all social media platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to create compelling content that aligns with brand voice.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • (For Paid Advertising Specialist) Experience with social media ad platforms and campaign management.

Nice to Have:

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • SEO knowledge and experience with keyword research.
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
  • Experience in influencer marketing.
