You can change your privacy settings by clicking on the my account or my settings link from the top menu or in your profile, you then just need to click on privacy and from their you can select who you would like to see your profile privacy and your activity wall, you can even choose to not be shown in the member directory.

As a customer, you are able to interact with suppliers only, with pop upside side notifications to keep you updated

Depending on the supplier’s package chosen you are able to interact with customers and other suppliers. You will have side pop up notifications updating you on your followers and activity.

Notifications are displayed in a bell symbol in the bottom right hand side corner, it updates every 45 seconds to see if anyone has visited, commented or follows, messages.
If you have a new notification it will show in red and the amount you have.
Please note if you have changed your notification settings in your account area, you will only view the setting chosen.

User tags are great as they let other members know what you are interested in, user tags are shown in your profile, the best part about user tags is that they can be clicked on and it will show all members with the same interest as you.
We advise using the user tags when setting up your profile to make it as easy as possible to connect with other members.
Hash tags are used in the activity feed, members use them to show what they are talking about or interested in, they can also be clicked on and members will be taking to the hash tag feed with all relevant content related to that hashtag.
Hashtags also show on every page of the IDD Networking website at the footer to show what is trending.

Yes, if you see another members post in the latest activity feed that contains bad language or a video not suitable for the IDD website then you can report it to us, all you need to do is click on the arrow on the right and side of the post and click on report.
