As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of our office, providing vital support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with data entry and updating company databases.
- Provide support to management and staff as needed.
- Assist with handling office supplies and equipment.
- Other administrative duties as required.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
