As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of our office, providing vital support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and updating company databases.
  • Provide support to management and staff as needed.
  • Assist with handling office supplies and equipment.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
